Cost Factors

  • Shipping Method: Sea freight is most economical; air freight costs more but faster
  • Volume/Weight: Charged by CBM or weight, whichever is greater
  • Destination: Distance and port accessibility affect costs
  • Incoterm Selected: Determines which costs are included
  • Seasonal Rates: Peak seasons may have higher rates

Cost Responsibility by Incoterm

FOB
Buyer pays all freight costs from port of loading
CIF
Seller pays freight and insurance to destination port
DDP
Seller pays all costs including duties to buyer's door

Additional Costs to Consider

  • Customs duties and taxes (buyer responsibility unless DDP)
  • Destination terminal handling charges
  • Inland transportation at destination
  • Storage fees if not cleared promptly
  • Inspection fees if third-party inspection required

Shipping costs are quoted separately or included in product pricing depending on the agreed Incoterm. We provide transparent cost breakdowns upon request.

7. Minimum Order Quantities

MOQ requirements for different order types.
